End of Build Cleaning Services

Once your build or development is complete, our team of cleaners will then carry out a fully detailed clean and finish of the property. This type of clean is similar to an 'end-of-tenancy clean'; it is very detailed, and showroom standard is the required outcome. Our fully insured and experienced team of cleaners specialises in these types of cleaning jobs; we currently work with numerous local builders as well as some of the larger national building companies. Our end-of-build cleaning service will ensure we leave every aspect of your project gleaming like a showhouse.

We pride ourselves on our detailing and finishing touches; from shining up the kitchen and bathroom fixtures and fittings to a glossy finish on tiled or wooden floors, we know how to finish off all your hard work and ensure the final presentation does not disappoint you, the new tenants or incoming occupants.

Once the work is complete and, as part of our end-of-build cleaning service, before leaving the site, we will then check with you or your designated site manager that you are 100% happy with the work we have carried out. Only then will the job be signed off and completed. If there are any snags, problems, or anything at all that you feel needs further attention, we will rectify it there and then. That way, all parties will be happy with the work carried out and the final presentation of the property.
